I have been on this soulful path as a Meditation Teacher, Facilitator and Retreat Host for six years now.

I’ve lead 6 in-person retreats, 10+ workshops, 60+ online events, 10+ programs, and held 100+ one on one sessions. In addition to being invited as a speaker and to be a guest facilitator at incredible resorts.

Yes, I did all of this with 4,000 followers on Instagram and 15,000 on Insight Timer.

It was never about the numbers of followers for me, but rather always about forming soulful connections with those who were interested in my work and who were already my clients. I nurtured and tended to all these relationships and from there everything blossomed. For me, it is about QUALITY over QUANTITY.

I sold out my retreats within days to weeks. Yet I see people who have a following of over 100k and even 500k unable to fill up their retreat.

The secret is learning how to HAVE CAPACITY, and to expand your capacity to hold everything you desire. It’s about being an embodiment and a pure channel for Source. This requires DEEP TRUST. Therefore, you must have the tools and rituals to support your CONNECTION to Spirit and your Self.

This is so much more than “gaining visibility or followers”, or “marketing strategies”. It’s deeper than that.

You know you have a gift.
You just haven't fully trusted it yet.

You didn't become a meditation teacher or facilitator because you wanted to chase algorithms and gain visibility from doing things that “others” have told you to do or do things that genuinely causes you contraction.

I understand that weekends are typically a tricky time for parents / families. But I promise you by dedicating just 2 hours on your weekend will be well worth it. It is a gift for yourself and your wellbeing. My intention is to make this journey as gentle as possible to honor the unfolding.

    Before anything else we simply arrive. We slow down enough to feel what's actually Here - beneath the noise, the roles and the endless doing. We learn to get quiet and still..

    • Opening Circle - meet yourself and the other participants in sacred held space

    • A somatic arrival practice to bring you into your body

    • Learn a mantra for your journey to soften the grip of the mind

    • Journaling practice to help you name what you've been carrying

    • Intention-setting for the journey ahead


      This week you don't have to do anything - just arrive and land in presence.

  • You are the lotus that grows from muddy water.

    This is where we go below the surface into the inner muddy waters. Into the parts of you that haven't been seen. The patterns that drain you. The quiet things that sustain you. We learn to not avoid the mud but instead we let it nourish us.

    • Exploration of what's lurking beneath - shadow work done gently..

    • Guided Somatic Practice to release what the body has been holding

    • Mantra Meditation to anchor you as you go deeper

    • Reflective journaling on what drains and what quietly feeds your soul

    • Integration - letting the mud become fertile ground + Live Coaching


      The roots that go deep are the ones that hold you upright.

  • Your stem grows strong and your heart stays soft.

    Having tended your roots, now we grow upwards. This week is about reconnecting with your deeper values, desires and sense of direction - your inner North Star. You begin to feel the difference between a life lived by default and a life lived on purpose with intention.

    • Growing your strong stem: clarifying what you stand for

    • Tending your soft heart: opening to what you truly desire

    • Refinement of your values and North Star - what guides you home

  • You begin to bloom and your nectar is revealed.

    This is the week everything comes together. You've arrived, you've tended the roots, you've grown toward the light - now you open. You clarify what truly matters, distill what you're taking with you and step back into your life with more of yourself intact.

    • Harvesting your insights: what has shifted, what has opened

    • Crafting your personal Why statement - a compass to carry forward

I am a Devotee and Wisdom Keeper of the Lotus.

I have sat with her in stillness, drunk her nectar, entered her sacred temples, and offered her at the feet of the goddesses and deities. I have received her transmissions - not once, but again and again, in the way that true teachers keep revealing themselves the longer you walk with them. She remains one of my greatest allies and guides, forever showing me the spiral of life: that we are always arriving, always returning, always becoming.

I received the transmission of this during the Summer Solstice portal when I spent 10 hours on the beach, bathing in the radiance of the Sun and allowing the sacred waters to cleanse me. I heard a whisper “it is time to gather a group online again and guide them on an inner journey. This time, it’s with the wisdom of the Lotus”.

I created this online inner retreat because I also know what it feels like to lose yourself in the noise, in this growing technological age and in the hustle or messiness of life.

The lotus showed me the way home. Not in a single moment of revelation, but through small, honest acts of turning inward. Through sitting with the mud. Through learning to trust the slow rise toward the light.

This inner retreat holds the practices, the prayers, and the prompts that helped me find my way back to myself. My deepest hope is that they help you find yours.

  • Is this live or self-paced?
    This is a Live, weekly journey for 4 weeks. If you cannot attend live for any of the sessions, you may watch the replay that will be accessible within 24hrs.

  • Do I need any prior experience with meditation or inner work?
    Not at all. This inner retreat meets you exactly where you are. It is perfect for all levels. Gentle, guided and supportive.

  • What's the time commitment each week?
    2.5 hours approx. for the Live Call - and recommended daily Mantra Meditation + Journaling (15 minutes) + dedicated Time of Stillness (up to you)

  • What if I fall behind?
    You won't be left behind. All materials are accessible throughout the journey, and the community is here to support you.
