Awakened Awareness is one of Nhi’s signature immersive coaching journeys designed to support deep remembering through the body. This is not about fixing yourself but rather about gently awakening awareness in the places it has gone quiet, and learning how to live from presence rather than habit.
Through meditation, somatic practices, inner child work, conscious rebirth, and the art of acceptance and self-compassion, you are guided into embodied awareness that changes how you experience yourself, your relationships, and your life.

The Flow
Week 1: Remembering Awareness - Establishing safety, presence, and inner listening, grounding in the body and nervous system, learning foundational meditation and the art of witnessing
Week 2: Awakening the Body - Somatic awareness as the doorway to presence, learn embodied sensing and tracking, releasing stored tension gently, reconnecting with the intelligence of the body, understanding nervous system patterns
Week 3: Meeting the Inner Child - Inner child connection and reparenting, building trust with vulnerable parts, transforming self-abandonment into self-presence, somatic practices for emotional regulation
Week 4: Acceptance & Self-Compassion - Softening resistance and cultivating a compassionate relationship with yourself, embodied acceptance, meeting emotions, patterns, and inner parts with gentleness, transforming self-judgment into presence
Week 5: Rebirth & Renewal - Opening to a new way of being, repatterning identity and self-beliefs, embodying a new internal orientation, stabilizing awareness during change, Conscious Rebirth Journey
Week 6: Living from Awareness - Integration into daily life, bringing presence into relationships and choices, working with triggers as gateways, living from response instead of reaction, anchoring awareness in movement and breath
Week 7: Embodied Alignment - Truth, boundaries, and authentic expression, listening to the body’s yes and no, aligning actions with inner truth, strengthening self-trust and clarity, living with greater integrity and ease
Week 8: Integration & Continuation - Stabilizing awakened awareness, integrating the journey into daily rhythm, creating personal embodiment practices, trusting your inner guidance, closing the container with intention and meditation
