RADIANCE is a 6-week coaching journey for those who feel depleted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves.
This experience is designed to gently guide you back into your body, your heart, and your inner sense of safety without pressure, perfection, or prior spiritual experience.
Through simple somatic practices, grounding meditation, and practical spiritual hygiene, you’ll learn how to care for your energy, restore your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
Together, we will:

The Flow
Week 1: Safety & Grounding - Coming Home to the Body, Nervous System basics, grounding practices, learn efficient body-based meditations
Week 2: Restoration - Replenishment & Self-Care, recognizing energy leaks, gentle somatic release practices, the power of Rest as a spiritual practice (Yoga Nidra)
Week 3: Spiritual Hygeine - Clearing & Protecting Your Energy, learn the art of spiritual hygiene (create your own toolkit incl. sprays, herbs, flowers etc), learn simple clearing practices (breath, intention, movement), emotional boundaries without guilt
Week 4: Sacred Boundaries - Learning to Say Yes to Yourself, boundaries as self-love, Somatic Boundary practices, recognizing when your body says no
Week 5: Heart Connection and Self-Love - Reconnecting to the Heart, gentle heart-opening practices, releasing self-judgment, cultivating inner kindness
Week 6: Integration - Integration into daily life, living from deeper alignment, creating simple daily rituals, sustaining clarity and calm, bringing presence into relationships and choices, working with triggers as gateways, living from response instead of reaction, anchoring awareness in movement and breath
