You may be waking up to a deeper truth about yourself while still carrying old habits, addictions, or survival patterns that once kept you safe. You want change but not at the cost of your stability, sanity, or sense of safety.
This program was created for that exact space in-between - because I have been there before and I know exactly what it takes to go from Survival to Alignment.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll be guided through a gentle, grounded process of stabilizing your nervous system, releasing scarcity-based conditioning, reconnecting to your inner truth, and learning how to move forward without forcing yourself into overwhelm. There is no pressure to have it all figured out, no requirement to quit your job, and no expectation to become someone you’re not.
Instead, you’ll learn how to listen to yourself again.
This is not about fixing you because you are not broken. It’s about remembering who you are beneath fear, conditioning, and survival patterns, and learning how to build a life that feels more aligned and safe. Step by step, you’ll begin to feel more grounded in your body, clearer in your direction, and more confident in your ability to navigate change.
By the end of this journey, you won’t have a rigid plan for your entire future. What you will have is something far more powerful: self-trust, inner stability, and a clear sense of your next step forward.

Week 1: Opening Call & Creating Safety - creating safety in the nervous system, reframing “stuck” as transition, understanding awakening + identity collapse, Self-compassion + grounding rituals
Week 2: Nervous System & Fear - why we fear the unknown, how to deal with anxiety + avoidance, how scarcity lives in the body, tools for calming the survival response, gentle breathwork practice and somatic check-in
Week 3: Safety without Self-Sabotage - Re-defining Security, noticing patterns of control / addiction patterns / numbing, why addictions form during awakening, Safety vs Stagnation, Gentle awareness around coping mechanisms
Week 4: Re-patterning Scarcity - Money, worth, and survival conditioning, fear of not enough, staying for the paycheck, where scarcity beliefs came from, separating money from self-worth, rebuilding trust with life
Week 5: Identity Deconstruction - Identifying the roles, masks + expectations, who you became to survive, what no longer fits, reconnecting with your innate essence, Inner child connection
Week 6: Creating safety around your Desires - Relearning desire safely, Desire as information, the art of listening before deciding, permission to not have answers yet, creating clarity around the confusion of “I don’t know what I want”
Week 7: Values over Fear - Identifying your Core Values, creating meaning +fulfillment, how to stay in alignment, learning to choose from truth instead of fear
Week 8: Embracing your Uniqueness - what is your unique way of serving? Identifying gifts, purpose + expression, strengths beyond productivity, work as expression not punishment, exploring possibilities
Week 9: Trusting your Inner Guidance - Intuition, Self-trust + Discernment, differentiating fear from intuition, learning to listen to the body, practicing micro-trust
Week 10: Embracing Change - Transitioning safely, exploring fears of quitting + security, how to change without burning everything down, bridging strategies (side paths, experiments), redefining stability
Week 11: Courage in Action - Aligned movement, visibility, self-expression, creating tiny courageous acts, saying yes to the next step
Week 12: Integration and Becoming - Embodiment + Closure, building trust, resilience + sovereignty, reflecting on growth, anchoring new identity, creating a personal “north star” moving forward
