What is Dopamine ?
Dopamine is a neurotransmitter - a chemical messenger in your brain that plays a central role in motivation, reward, pleasure, focus, and movement. It’s often called the "feel-good" chemical, but its purpose runs deeper than just making us feel good.
At its core, dopamine is about seeking.
It’s the pull that says GO GET IT. It’s what drives you to check your phone, chase a goal, or crave that next cup of coffee or cake, or scroll through social media.
But here’s the thing ..
In our overstimulated world, where dopamine hits are available 24/7 (likes, notifications, sugar, screens), our natural system can become imbalanced.
We become addicted to quick rewards... and lose touch with deeper, slower joys.
We feel restless, distracted, tired, and yet we keep reaching for more.

To create healthy boundaries around your phone and digital habits - you are encouraged to be 100% off social media, but you can take calls and work-related things if needed. It is important you gift yourself this time to detox. So if there is nothing urgent that needs your attention - you don’t have to answer it right away. Let your friends and family know you are committing to this journey and ask for their patience on your reply. This journey is about conscious use, not total disconnection (unless you choose that).

Each day you'll receive one focused intention with an included guided meditation, contemplation and journal prompts. These are designed to gently reset your attention, create space for clarity, and reconnect you with presence.

Yes. In fact, this was made especially for people who feel like they “don’t have time.” You’ll be surprised how much opens up when your mind is less scattered, and your energy is gently restored.
